1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or using the rp4vip Platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and rp4vip. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and refrain from creating an Account.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of any updates. Material changes affecting your rights or obligations will be communicated via email or Platform notification.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, which form integral parts of your agreement with rp4vip.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an Account with rp4vip, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. We strictly enforce age verification and will request government-issued identification to confirm your date of birth. Accounts created by individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately terminated, and all funds forfeited.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be legally restricted from participating in online gaming activities.
• Jurisdictional Compliance: You acknowledge that online gaming laws vary by jurisdiction. While rp4vip operates under international gaming licenses, you are solely responsible for ensuring your participation complies with applicable local laws in Indonesia or any jurisdiction from which you access the Platform.
• Geographic Location: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited at the time you access the Platform. You must not use VPN, proxy, or other tools to disguise your location.
• Single Account: You may maintain only one Account with rp4vip. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Personal Use: Your Account is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not register on behalf of any third party, business entity, or organization.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. Providing false information or misrepresenting your eligibility constitutes a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate Account termination.

4. Account Registration and Verification

4.1 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, mobile phone number, and preferred password meeting our security requirements. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and promptly update your Account details if any information changes.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

rp4vip is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our compliance obligations, we require all Players to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued photo identification (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license), proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence), and proof of payment method ownership (bank statement or screenshot showing your name and account number for BCA, BRI, Mandiri, BNI, or e-wallet accounts).

We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, payment methods, or source of funds. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions. All documents must be clear, legible, and show all four corners of the document. We will process verification requests within 24-72 hours under normal circumstances.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify rp4vip immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. We recommend using strong passwords combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters, enabling two-factor authentication where available, logging out after each session especially on shared devices, and never accessing your Account over unsecured public Wi-Fi networks.

rp4vip will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not.

5. Deposits and Payment Methods

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

rp4vip accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: bank transfer to BCA, BRI, Mandiri, BNI, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI); e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja; and cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT). All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.

5.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method: Rp 50,000 for bank transfers, Rp 25,000 for e-wallets, and equivalent of Rp 100,000 for cryptocurrency. Maximum single deposit limits are Rp 100,000,000 for bank transfers, Rp 10,000,000 for e-wallets, and no maximum for cryptocurrency (subject to blockchain network limits). Deposits via bank transfer and e-wallet typically process within 1-5 minutes during banking hours. Cryptocurrency deposits require blockchain confirmations and may take 15-60 minutes depending on network congestion.

5.3 Deposit Terms

Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be refunded minus processing fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank, e-wallet provider, or cryptocurrency network. rp4vip does not charge deposit fees except where explicitly stated for specific payment methods. All deposits are final and non-refundable except in cases of technical error or duplicate transactions. By depositing funds, you confirm that the funds are legally obtained and not derived from illegal activities.

6. Withdrawals and Processing

6.1 Withdrawal Procedures

You may request withdrawal of your Account balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any applicable wagering requirements. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name matching the name on your Account. Withdrawals will typically be processed to the same payment method used for deposit to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

6.2 Withdrawal Limits and Timing

Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 for all payment methods. Maximum single withdrawal limits are Rp 50,000,000 per transaction for bank transfers, Rp 10,000,000 per transaction for e-wallets, and Rp 200,000,000 per transaction for cryptocurrency. Daily withdrawal limits are Rp 100,000,000 for standard accounts, Rp 250,000,000 for VIP Silver members, and Rp 500,000,000 for VIP Gold members. Processing times for verified accounts are typically 15 minutes for bank transfers to Indonesian banks during business hours (06:00-22:00 WIB), 10 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals, and 30-60 minutes for cryptocurrency withdrawals pending blockchain confirmation.

6.3 Withdrawal Requirements

First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification. You may be required to wager your deposit amount at least one time before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonuses must meet specified wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. We reserve the right to request additional verification documentation before processing large withdrawals or in cases of suspected fraud.

6.4 Fees and Currency

rp4vip does not charge withdrawal fees for standard processing. Express withdrawal options may incur fees as disclosed at the time of request. Your bank or payment provider may charge receiving fees; such fees are your responsibility. All withdrawals are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless cryptocurrency withdrawal is specifically requested.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

rp4vip offers various bonuses and promotions to Players including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, reload bonuses, VIP rewards, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated in the promotional materials. By accepting any bonus, you agree to comply with the applicable terms.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before winnings can be withdrawn. Typical wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified in the bonus terms, typically 14-30 days. Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10-20%, and sports betting contributes based on odds (bets with odds below 1.50 may not contribute).

7.3 Bonus Restrictions

Only one bonus can be active per Account at any time. You must opt-in to receive promotional offers; bonuses will not be automatically credited unless specified. Maximum bet limits apply while wagering bonus funds, typically Rp 50,000 per spin/bet. Exceeding maximum bet limits may result in bonus forfeiture. Bonuses are intended for recreational players only; bonus abuse including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinated betting patterns, or arbitrage strategies will result in bonus forfeiture and potential Account termination.

7.4 Bonus Forfeiture

We reserve the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if we determine that bonus terms have been violated, if fraudulent activity is detected, if you request a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements (the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited), or if your Account is closed before wagering requirements are met.

8. Gaming Rules and Conduct

8.1 Game Integrity

All games available on the rp4vip Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are broadcast live from licensed studios. Game outcomes are determined fairly and cannot be manipulated by rp4vip or Players. We reserve the right to void bets and withhold winnings if we detect game manipulation, exploitation of software errors, or other forms of cheating.

8.2 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting markets, all bets are accepted subject to availability of odds and market limits at the time of bet placement. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion. Bets are settled according to official results as determined by governing sports bodies. In the event of abandoned or postponed matches, standard sports betting rules apply as detailed in our comprehensive sports betting terms. Live in-play betting may experience slight delays in odds updates; bets placed after an outcome is known may be voided.

8.3 Player Conduct

Players must conduct themselves appropriately when using the Platform. Prohibited conduct includes abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other Players or rp4vip staff; attempting to manipulate games or exploit software vulnerabilities; colluding with other Players to gain unfair advantage; using automated betting software, bots, or scripts; and providing false or misleading information. Violation of conduct standards may result in Account suspension or termination.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rp4vip Platform:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one Account to abuse bonuses or circumvent restrictions.
• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment methods, falsifying documents, or engaging in identity theft.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder proceeds of crime or to disguise the origin of funds.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing individuals under 21 years of age to access or use your Account.
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or hack Platform software.
• Arbitrage and Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonuses, promotional offers, or pricing errors.
• Syndicate Play: Coordinating with other Players to manipulate outcomes or engage in fraudulent betting patterns.

Engaging in prohibited activities will result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action.

10. Limitations of Liability

10.1 Service Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous Platform availability, rp4vip does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from Platform downtime, maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information provided on the Platform.

10.3 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rp4vip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

10.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless rp4vip, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms & Conditions, your violation of any law or third-party rights, or your use of the Platform.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 Suspension by rp4vip

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, prolonged Account inactivity, or at our discretion to protect the integrity of the Platform. In the event of termination, we will return any remaining balance in your Account (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds and any winnings derived from fraudulent activity) after deducting any amounts owed to rp4vip.

11.2 Self-Exclusion and Voluntary Closure

You may request temporary Account suspension or permanent closure at any time by contacting customer support. For responsible gaming concerns, please refer to our Responsible Gaming page for self-exclusion options. Voluntary Account closure will be processed within 48 hours. Remaining funds will be returned to your registered payment method after deducting any applicable fees.

11.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts that remain inactive (no login or gaming activity) for 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to monthly administrative fees of Rp 50,000 until the balance is depleted or the Account is reactivated. You will receive email notification before dormancy fees are applied.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rp4vip holds its gaming license. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

12.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact rp4vip customer support to seek informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within 30 days, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to our compliance department. We will investigate and respond to formal complaints within 14 business days. If the dispute remains unresolved, you may pursue binding arbitration or other legal remedies as provided by applicable law.

12.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against rp4vip.
